The goal of the program is to convey to the participants the most important knowledge and experience in the field of Slavonian sausage production technology, from raw materials and recipes to production technology, the basics of hygiene and sanitation with a special emphasis on product quality and safety, as well as sensor errors and product spoilage, product sensors.
