The participants will be informed about the historical development of the production of domestic prosciutto according to traditional recipes; They will learn ways to store meat for prosciutto; They will learn the nutritional value of domestic prosciutto; They will learn food regulations; They will know how to use meat canning and storage procedures; They will learn to apply modern methods of protection and hygiene at work; They will acquire skills for the application of machines and devices used at work; They will learn the specifics of occupational safety.
