The training program for the grower and processor of medicinal, aromatic and culinary plants is introduced due to the needs of the labor market and the possibility of employment in agricultural and municipal activities on seasonal and permanent jobs. The program is designed for the needs of participants to formalize skills and knowledge for which they have previous practical experience in the same jobs, as well as for participants without work experience.

Define the economic significance of the cultivation and processing of culinary, aromatic and medicinal plants; Differentiate between the types, properties and uses of culinary, aromatic and medicinal plants; Choose and apply appropriate procedures in the cultivation, harvesting and processing of culinary, aromatic and medicinal plants; Implement appropriate agrotechnical measures and operations in the cultivation, nutrition and care of plants; Recognize the symptoms of plant diseases and apply appropriate measures and means to control diseases, pests and weeds; Prepare and use accessories, equipment and devices for the cultivation and processing of plants in a proper and safe manner; Apply appropriate measures and protective equipment in accordance with occupational safety regulations, and implement proper procedures in case of fire and providing basic first aid.
