Differentiate the types of oilseeds, their properties and the content of bioactive components; Properly implement drying and storage techniques of oilseeds; Apply appropriate procedures in the processing of oilseeds; Differentiate between devices for processing oilseeds and oil-based products; Distinguish types of edible vegetable oils; Use devices for the production of cold-pressed oils; Conduct basic analysis of raw materials and finished products; Establish good hygiene practices and hazard control based on HACCP principles in your facilities; Participate in the preparation of macerate based on cold pressed oil and selected medicinal plants and basic natural cosmetics.
