In this course, the student learns how to do basic activities in the food industry, such as the packaging of food products, the application of health and hygiene rules, do cleaning and hygiene of work areas, of the equipment and facilities of the food industry, waste collection and disposal, maintenance of machines for food use, all calculating the risks of environmental pollution.
