You will learn how food and beverage preparation, presentation and service activities, and customer service activities in the catering field, such as food and beverage preparation, presentation and service activities. Prepare spaces, machinery, supplies and tools, develop customer service activities, perform different billing processes, receive, store and distribute raw materials, turn base level activities to prevent occupational risks. Bar-cafeteria and restaurant waitress/waiter, Head of rank, Commissary employee of food and beverage production and service units, Barman, Sommelier’s assistant, Transport services assistant.
