Preparation of raw materials for production; Fermentation, distillation, aging of distillates, dilution of distillates; Flaws and shortcomings of brandy/distillate as a cause of improperly managed fermentation, distillation or aging and ways to eliminate them; Brandy quality control; Sensory analyzes of brandies; Marketing and putting on market of brandy and other flavored drinks; Economics of the production of brandy and other alcoholic beverages; Legal regulations in the Republic of Croatia related to the production of brandy and other flavored drinks; Practical training with examples of solving problems that occur in production; Participants will be trained to apply the rules of occupational safety, fire protection and first aid.
