In this course you will learn to plan, promote and inform about territorially based tourist destinations, guiding and assisting travellers and clients there, as well as in terminals, means of transportation, events and other tourist destinations; to advise and inform tourists both at information points and on the trip or at the destination; to guide and assist travellers on trips, transfers or visits, using communication strategies, achieving their satisfaction; to inform and orient tourists and travellers; to provide specific services to clients in means of transportation
