Prepare the soil for planting vines and raising vineyards; Apply appropriate procedures for planting, growing and caring for vines; Choose the viticultural location, variety and substrate for growing the vineyard in accordance with the agro-ecological conditions of the climate and the goal of production; Recognize and control diseases and pests of vines and grapes and apply protection measures; Use appropriate procedures in harvesting, primary processing of grapes, production and care of different types of wine and grape and wine distillates; Recognize wine diseases and defects and apply appropriate procedures for their prevention and elimination; Organize ecological viticulture and wine production in accordance with the guidelines for ecological cultivation; Describe the sensory properties of wine; Apply legal regulations in the field of production and marketing of wine and grape and wine distillates; Make a production calculation, a simple marketing plan and make a report on the business of the agricultural farm with the production of grapes and wine; Apply safety measures at work and provide first aid in the event of an accident until the arrival of a professional
