Short Summary
The goal of the program is to convey to the participants the most important knowledge and experience in the field of craft beer production technology, from raw materials and recipes to technological parameters and production conditions, the basics of hygiene and sanitation with a special emphasis on product quality and safety, as well as sensor errors and the possibility of product spoilage. Furthermore, it is necessary to train participants for the timely prevention and elimination of errors by optimizing technological parameters and process conditions and the correct application of hygiene and sanitation measures.
