Students will be able to: (general competences) record and analyse a problem and anticipate operational solutions in the technological sense or in the organisation and management process, master standard development methods, procedures and processes, perform critical assessment, apply acquired knowledge in practice in a specific work process, master development and progress, perform professional work autonomously in the fields of landscape, regional development, countryside and agriculture, demonstrate knowledge and understanding of social systems in a business environment, develop communication skills and skills in the domestic and international business environment, use a professional-level foreign language in its spoken and written forms, work cooperatively and as part of a team, integrate knowledge in an interdisciplinary manner, perform vocational activities while observing legislation and protection of health and the environment, monitor and keep the necessary documentation, show a commitment to professional ethics, (subject-specific competences) manage the landscape with concern for environmental protection, taking account of the prescribed legislation, manage forests with regard to the sustainable development requirements of the forest, manage agricultural land taking account of nature protection, plan urban development in the countryside in line with the features of the landscape, design natural and cultivated parks in the landscape in line with the regional ecology, manage animal husbandry and plant production while protecting the environment, farm under disadvantaged conditions, arrange and renovate villages, understand and use modern theories in the field of rural management, select and verify a business concept and introduce it into a rural area along with marketing and organisational activities, use modern information and communication technology for business operation requirements, demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the institutional frameworks of work (legislation), organise and lead a department or team, communicate professionally with interest groups (suppliers, buyers, competition, experts, politicians etc.), intelligibly transfer expert knowledge among users of knowledge, demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the foundation and development of the fundamental profession, resolve specific work problems through the application of scientific methods and procedures, demonstrate coherent mastery of basic knowledge, integrate knowledge from various areas and apply it, place new information and interpretations in the context of the fundamental discipline (profession), understand the general structures of the fundamental discipline (profession) and the links between its sub-disciplines, develop skills in the application of knowledge in a specific technical field.
