Recognize positions and trends in agricultural production in the country and abroad with an emphasis on the role of agricultural mechanization, equipment, machines and facilities in agriculture, Identify the main characteristics of machines and/or agricultural techniques, as well as the needs for techniques in specific agroecological conditions, with the aim of achieving optimal production results. Independently determine technique and technology and systematically plan technological operations on irrigation and drainage systems, dryers, silos, cold stores and in finishing and processing plants. Observe and explain the changes that occur during technical-technological procedures in the production, finishing and processing of agricultural products, both in the production of food raw materials and in the production of biofuels from agricultural biomass. Conceive and design solutions related to infrastructure as well as processes performed with equipment and machines in agriculture. Be critical of developments in the field of development and application of agricultural techniques and publicly express opinions and attitudes. Manage the trade of equipment and machinery for agricultural techniques, technology and land reclamation. Set research theses in the domain of agricultural technology, analyze and interpret the content of professional and scientific literature, and collect, process and interpret data in the domain of agricultural technology. Organize field and laboratory work and conduct research in the field of the use of technique and technology in agricultural production. Analyze and interpret information from the domain of agricultural techniques using information and communication technology. Reach the level of knowledge for continuing education at graduate studies in the field of PT and related sciences and for other forms of lifelong education.
