The training program for growers of arable crops is introduced due to the needs of the labor market and the possibility of employment in agriculture on seasonal and permanent jobs. The training program is designed for the needs of participants to formalize skills and knowledge for which they have previous practical experience in the same jobs, as well as for participants without work experience.
