Candidates will be able to: autonomously plan and organise their own work in the working environment in accordance with work quality standards applying in the herbalism field, make responsible and economical use of machines, devices, equipment, materials, energy and time, ensure their own safety and the safety of other participants in the work process and protect the environment and the property of the enterprise, work responsibly, enterprisingly and ethically, communicate with various stakeholders, observing the principles of successful communication, use modern information and communication technology and software for the needs of the herb growing sector, grow plant stock in a protected space, grow herbs in a protected space and outdoors, harvest crops, gather herbs in the wild, carry out finishing, primary processing and drying of herbs, store, pack and mix dry herbs, prepare traditional herbal preparations, sell herbs and traditional herbal preparations.
