EQF 3 level Certificate is required. Applicants may have participated in primary and secondary education although no formal qualifications are required. CERFL proficiency at B2 for those whose first language is not English.
Learning outcomes
On completion of this program, learners will have the skills, knowledge, and competencies to undertake horticulture operations independently under direction in a range of fields. Applicants will be able to demonstrate a broad range of knowledge of horticultural and plant care techniques. The award will also enable learners to prepare for progression to a horticultural specialisation at level 5.
