Learning outcomes
Those who attend this course acquire the following learning outcomes: organize, program and supervise production in the wine sector, controlling the production and processing, stabilization and packaging of wines and grape derivatives. Coordinate and control the production of wine, the production of distillates, vinegars and other derived products, stabilization and aging of wines and derivatives. Marketing and promotion of the winery’s products. Plan the logistics of the winery, organizing supplies, storage and shipping of raw materials and processed products. Control and guarantee quality through basic physical, chemical and microbiological tests as well as organoleptic analyses. Supervise the efficient use of resources, separate collection, purification and disposal of waste during the production process.
