Short Summary
Keeping our green spaces and surroundings clean contributes to our quality of life and living space. How we take care of this quality depends on ourselves and our ability to know the necessary procedures covered by the legal frameworks or the possibilities given to us to do so. To get to know them better, we will familiarise ourselves with the necessary legal bases that outline the framework with the norms of encroachment, inter-neighbourly relations, gardens, trees that give us new inspiration, green spaces, transport links and, last but not least, leave traces for posterity, such as in the case of the management of graves. In all of this we are faced with the necessary interdependencies, which we will try to recognise in a pragmatic way when landscaping green spaces.
