PhD Marijana Blažić, professor at Karlovac University of Applied Sciences (Veleučilište U Karlovcu), participated at the 5th Global Dairy Innovation Congress MENA 2023 which was hosted in Dubai last week.  Professor Blažić gave an honorary lecture and presented a poster of the AgriNext project.

The main topics of the congress were focused on current issues of the dairy industry, such as opportunities post-covid, dairy as a new force in the world, forecasting dairy opportunities and trends, advancing management of a dairy farm and technology of milk production.
