Regular students who enroll in the 1st year for the first time with the support of the Ministry of Science and Education do not pay the participation fee, it further depends on the achieved ECTS points (the threshold for obtaining a full subsidy is 55 ECT

Completed high school for at least 4 years, passed the state matriculation exam, properly registered at NISpVU

Define and explain basic principles and concepts and apply and connect knowledge from the fields of general biology, general ecology and zooecology, chemistry (general and organic), biochemistry, soil science, mathematics, statistics, geobotany, anatomy and physiology and applied zoology, computer applications in hunting, nature protection and environmental protection, define and explain the basic principles of sustainable management of forest ecosystems, explain the functioning of agroecosystems and apply agrotechnical measures in habitat quality management and game food production, define and explain the basic principles of hunting management, apply the practical knowledge required for sustainable management of large game and small game in hunting grounds and the breeding of game in breeding grounds, manipulation and monitoring, apply practical knowledge in the arrangement and administrative management of hunting grounds, define and explain the basic principles of nature protection, i.e. conservation biology, apply ethical principles and value systems in nature protection, apply practical knowledge in the preservation and management of ecosystems, explain the categories, the procedure for declaring and the way of managing protected areas in the Republic of Croatia, apply different management options in nature protection, explain the concept of environmental protection and waste management and apply knowledge in creating strategic plans, apply Croatian and international regulations in hunting, nature and environmental protection, define responsible tourism and participate in the organization of such forms of tourism in protected areas and hunting grounds, apply knowledge of business communication in Croatian and foreign languages
