Green Job = Dream Job Competition

In September 2024, AgriNext launched a video trailer contest, inviting participants to highlight the diverse dimensions of multifunctional agriculture. Over a period of three months, videos were submitted by both consortium members and independent contributors from across Europe.

The purpose of the contest was to raise awareness of the role multifunctional agriculture plays in sustainable development and to highlight the skills involved in the sector. Participants were challenged to promote good practices in the sector and demonstrate how agriculture can be a dynamic, sustainable, and fulfilling career path.

National selection rounds were conducted in Croatia, Ireland, Slovenia, and Spain. The two top-rated entries from each country were invited to the AgriNext Campus in Córdoba, Spain, to participate in the final phase of the contest. The final stage of the event culminated on April 24, 2025, with a formal gala and awards ceremony.
