The dissemination events for the Comuniverso and AgriNext projects have highlighted educational innovation, knowledge transfer, and the training of Vocational Education and Training teachers as key drivers for revitalising rural areas at risk of abandonment through multifunctional agriculture.
IES Galileo Galilei has organised a series of dissemination events linked to the Comuniverso and AgriNext projects, aimed at sharing experiences, showcasing good practices, and promoting knowledge transfer in the field of Vocational Education and Training.
These events focused on innovation and the development of social and educational interventions capable of responding to the challenges faced by rural areas at risk of abandonment. In this context, the importance of training VET teachers was highlighted as a key factor in creating new opportunities for learning, entrepreneurship, and inclusion in rural environments.
Special attention was also given to multifunctional agriculture as a strategic tool for revitalising these territories, fostering not only economic development but also social cohesion, sustainability, and population retention.
Through initiatives like this, the Comuniverso and AgriNext projects reinforce their commitment to a Vocational Education and Training system that is connected to social realities, innovative, and capable of generating a positive impact on the territory.
