What AgriNext Partners say about the project

Martina Golob, Arctur:
Arctur’s role in AgriNext is both essential and forward-looking: as the IT partner, we’re developing the digital backbone of the project—a vibrant virtual environment that will become a central space for learning, collaboration, and innovation in multifunctional agriculture. Designed with the needs of educators, students, researchers, and advisors in mind, this interactive space will offer access to training resources, job opportunities, and tools to support knowledge-sharing and skills development across the sector.
While the platform will be fully launched toward the end of the project, we’re building it with a clear goal in mind: to create something that lasts. We believe this environment has the potential to grow into a valuable meeting point for the multifunctional agricultural community—supporting education, connection, and innovation well beyond AgriNext’s lifetime.
Ivana Varičak, Karlovac University of Applied Sciences:
AgriNext project plays a key role in the development of sustainable and competitive rural areas by promoting MA. The goal of the project is to educate a new generation of professionals, farmers, and rural entrepreneurs who understand the complex role of agriculture in society—not only as a productive activity but also as a tool for environmental preservation, strengthening local communities, and promoting culture. It is focused on changing the education system for multifunctional agriculture which has strategic importance for the transformation of agriculture towards sustainability, innovation, and social responsibility.
The project strengthens the links between our institution and the actual needs of rural farms through:
- Field classes and practical workshops on family farms (OPGs)
- Collaboration with local communities and associations
- Development of student cooperatives
- Mentoring, volunteering, and work placements in the real sector
- Newly equipped business incubator.
